Abstract

У статті розглянуті питання взаємозв'язку розподілу праці на підприємстві та його організаційної культури. Доведена необхідність формування сильної корпоративної культури та ефективного розподілу праці, виходячи з позицій гуманізації праці та наукової організації праці.

In the article considered the questions about the division of labour’ correlation in an enterprise and it organizations’ cultural. Divided the necessity of forming the strong organizations’ cultural and effective division of labour, including position of the works’ humanization and scientific organization of work.
