Abstract

Команда в системі управління персоналом підприємства відіграє надзвичайно важливу роль у досягненні успіху та стабільності організації. Сучасний бізнес є складною та динамічною системою, де успішна координація різних функцій та процесів вимагає відповідного підходу до управління персоналом. Команда, збалансована за компетенціями та досвідом, є основою для досягнення стратегічних цілей, інноваційного розвитку та впровадження ефективних практик у сфері управління персоналом. Метою кваліфікаційної (магістерської) роботи є дослідження ролі команди в системі управління персоналом підприємства, а також визначення важливості командної роботи для ефективного управління персоналом та досягнення стратегічних цілей підприємства. Наукова новизна результатів дослідження доведена до глибшого розуму ролі команди в управлінському персоналі та в розробці практичних рекомендацій для підприємств з метою підвищення їх ефективності та досягнення стратегічних цілей: розширення розуміння ролі команди. Встановлено, загальне розуміння теоретичних аспектів теми, проведено аналіз даних підприємства для визначення того, як командна робота впливає на їх продуктивність та стратегічний успіх. Практичні рекомендації можуть сприяти покращенню підходів до управління персоналом, розробляти оптимальні стратегії формування та розвитку команди, а також вдосконалювати управлінські практики з досягнення конкурентних переваг на ринку

The team in the personnel management system of the enterprise plays an extremely important role in achieving success and stability of the organization. Modern business is a complex and dynamic system, where successful coordination of various functions and processes requires an appropriate approach to personnel management. A team balanced in terms of competences and experience is the basis for achieving strategic goals, innovative development and implementation of effective practices in the field of personnel management. The purpose of the qualification (master's) thesis is to study the role of the team in the personnel management system of the enterprise, as well as to determine the importance of teamwork for effective personnel management and the achievement of strategic goals of the enterprise. The scientific novelty of the research results is brought to a deeper understanding of the role of the team in management personnel and in the development of practical recommendations for enterprises in order to increase their efficiency and achieve strategic goals: expanding the understanding of the role of the team. A general understanding of the theoretical aspects of the topic is established, and an analysis of enterprise data is conducted to determine how teamwork affects their productivity and strategic success. Practical recommendations can help improve approaches to personnel management, develop optimal strategies for team formation and development, as well as improve management practices to achieve competitive advantages in the market
