Управління розвитком підприємства

Abstract

Основною метою кваліфікаційної (бакалаврської) роботи є обґрунтування теоретичних, методичних та практичних рекомендацій до процесу формування управління розвитком сільськогосподарських підприємств. Об’єктом дослідження є процеси управління розвитком аграрних підприємств. Предметом дослідження є сукупність теоретичних та методичних підходів до формування управління розвитком аграрних підприємств. Наукова новизна полягає у розробці та обґрунтування теоретичних положень, методичних підходів та практичних рекомендацій до процесу формування управлінням розвитку сучасних аграрних підприємств. У кваліфікаційній (бакалаврській) роботі: У першому розділі автором розглянуті сутність поняття розвитку підприємства, розвиток підприємства в сучасних умовах та викликах, напрями розвитку підприємства. У другому розділі проаналізовано стан та оцінку управління розвитком аграрних підприємств в Україні, особливості управління розвитком та перспективи підприємства, пропозицій удосконалень сучасних аграрних підприємств. Висновки, розглянуті та рекомендовані найбільш важливі напрямки управління підприємствами для підвищення ефективності роботи сільськогосподарських підприємств Україні.

The main purpose of the qualification (master's) work is to substantiate theoretical, methodical and practical recommendations for the process of forming management of the development of agricultural enterprises. The object of research is the processes of managing the development of agrarian enterprises. The subject of research is a set of theoretical and methodical approaches to the formation of development management of agricultural enterprises. The scientific novelty consists in the development and substantiation of theoretical provisions, methodological approaches and practical recommendations for the process of forming the management of the development of modern agrarian enterprises. In the qualifying master's thesis:: In the first chapter, the author considered the essence of the concept of enterprise development, enterprise development in modern conditions and challenges, directions of enterprise development. The second chapter analyzes the state and assessment of development management of agrarian enterprises in Ukraine, features of development management and enterprise prospects, proposals for improvements of modern agricultural enterprises. Conclusions, considered and recommended the most important areas of enterprise management to improve the efficiency of agricultural enterprises in Ukraine.
