Abstract

Основною метою кваліфікаційної роботи є утворення результативної системи управління процесами менеджменту на підприємствах міського транспорту. Об’єктом дослідження є господарсько-фінансова діяльність КП “Горелектротранс” на основі програмного методу управління. Предметом дослідження є теоретико-методичні аспекти обґрунтування програм господарсько-фінансового розвитку підприємства. Наукова новизна результатів роботи полягає у доповненні теоретичних, практичних складових системи управління процесами менеджменту підприємства міського транспорту У кваліфікаційній роботі: У першому розділі розкриті теоретичні основи управління підприємства на основі програмного підходу. У другому розділі проведена діагностика результатів управління господарськофінансовою діяльністю підприємства. Висновки та пропозиції запропоновані моделі, показники та комплекс заходів, що підвищує ефективність підприємства
