Abstract

Судомир C.М. Формування результативної системи управління ризиками соціально-економічних систем. Обґрунтовано цільову спрямованість діяльності підприємств та запропоновано методологічний підхід до формування результативної системи управління ризиками. Доведено, що формування результативної системи управління ризиками слід здійснювати на вимогах таких принципів як: цільової спрямованості, системності, випереджувальної готовності, біфуркації, синергетичності, передбачуваності, обґрунтованого рівня допустимості відхилень в процесі діяльності підприємства, альтернативності та варіантності рішень, рівня повноти інформації, асиметрії інформації; обов`язковості оцінки явищ і процесів з точки зору корисності, некорисності і шкідливості; комплексності та ін.

В статье обоснованно целевую направленность деятельности предприятий и предложен методологический подход к формированию результативной системы управления рисками. Доказано, що формирование результативной системы управления рисками следует осуществлять на требованиях таких принципов как: целевой направленности, системности, опережающей готовности, бифуркации, синергетичности, предсказуемости, обоснованного уровня допустимости отклонений, в процессе деятельности предприятия, альтернативности и вариантности решений, уровня полноты информации, асимметрии информации; обязательности оценки явлений и процессов с точки зрения полезности, неполезности и вредности; комплексности и др.

The Risk Management is the component of the management system and as the self-local system, which should be formed on the requirements of the systems, including: the target orientation of the enterprises activity, the target orientation of the risk management as the system integrity; the functional providing goals of the implementation of the general objectives; the tasks system of the strategic, operational and current character; the objects of the risk management; the subjects of the risk management; the methodological tools of the research, the informational support and evaluation of the risk management; the mechanisms of the risk management. Forming effective risk management system should be implemented on the requirements of such principles: as task orientation, systems, proactively readiness, bifurcation, synergetic, predictability, the reasonable level of the acceptability of the deviations in the company activity, the alternative and variance of the solutions, the information completeness level, the information asymmetry; the evaluation obligatory of the phenomena and processes in terms of usefulness, uselessness and harmfulness; complexity and so on. In the proposed methodological approach to the formation of effective risk management system and the maximum sufficient regard to the requirements of the mentioned principles in the development process of the plans of strategic development of the enterprises the preconditions for effective functioning of economic structures will be created.
