Розробка технології виготовлення ферментних кормових добавок для тварин

Abstract

Мета роботи – аналіз сучасних досліджень властивостей та практичне використання ферментів. Розробка технологічної інструкції по виготовленню ферментної кормової добавок для продуктивних тварин. Завданням роботи було дослідити технології виготовлення з урахуванням міжнародних вимог HACCP; визначити критерії підбору сировини для виробництва ферментних добавок для застосування у годівлі тварин; отримати ферментні кормові добавки з підбором оптимального комплексу ензимів з урахуванням видової належності сільськогосподарських тварин; розробити технологічну інструкцію для виробництва ферментних добавок; визначити основні принципи встановлення критичних точок згідно вимог щодо виготовлення кормових добавок HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points); визначити основні показники контролю якості готового продукту.
