Аналіз у системі управління фінансовими ресурсами

Abstract

Метою статті є виявлення ролі та значення аналізу у системі управління фінансовими ресурсами підприємств. Результати аналітичних процедур використовуються на всіх етапах прийняття та реалізації управлінських рішень. Фінансовий менеджмент вирішує існуючі фінансові протиріччя у фінансових відносинах, забезпечуєгосподарську діяльність фінансовими ресурсами, націлений на подальший розвиток підприємства. Значна частина підприємств наразі не має організованої системи сучасного фінансового менеджменту. Брак певних видів управлінської інформації обмежує можливості використання підприємствами всього арсеналу методів та прийомів управління фінансами.

The purpose of the article is to identify the role and significance of the analysis in the system of management of financial resources of enterprises. The results of analytical procedures are used at all stages of the adoption and implementation of management decisions. Financial management solves the existing financial contradictions in financial relations, provides economic activity with financial resources, aimed at further development of the enterprise. A significant part of enterprises do not currently have an organized system of modern financial management. The lack of certain types of managerial information limits the ability of enterprises to use the whole arsenal of methods and techniques of financial management.
