Abstract: | На підґрунті узагальнення суті категорії «адміністрування» у
співставленні з поняттями «менеджмент» і «бізнес-адміністрування» щодо
застосування для підприємницьких структур розмежовано їх зміст за рівнями
управління і компонентами (суб’єкт, об’єкт, структура, чинники, мета,
завдання). Based on generalizations of categories “administration” in comparison with the essence of concepts “management” and “business administration” from the point of view of etymology and, relying on their English language definitions, as well as wording in different Ukrainian and foreign sources, a distinction has been made between their content. As a result of structuring the content of category “administration” it was defined that this concept can be considered in relation to entrepreneurial structures as organizational and managerial activity in management, control activities regulated performance of functional duties by contractors, activity of the administrator as to functioning of implementers, organizational activity of implementers on the basis of delegating of competency and control over the implementation of managerial decisions, the function of management as to ensuring regulated execution of management decisions, the management method and the way of activity of a governing body or a senior official as to bureaucratic procedures of the management decisions implementation, the process of development and implementation of administrative influence. As a result of structuring the content of the category “management” it is defined that this concept can be viewed as applied to business structures as the development activities and attainment of goals to ensure efficiency and increase profits based on human factors, organization improvement management based on the introduction of new management methods to ensure effective activities, independent type of professional activity, integration process of specialists' work to create the conditions for the development and achieving goals by the staff to ensure effective operations. As a result of structuring the content of the category «business administration» it is defined that this concept can be considered in relation to business structures as administration, service business; a management function that uses the achievements of science, practical experience, the human factor for the enterprise becomes a part of market economy; a complex system of interrelated processes of the enterprise and the sphere of people's activity. Also, the content of the concepts "administration", "management", "business administration" is delineated in accordance with the levels of management and components (subject, object, structure, factors, goals, tasks). |
