Abstract

Визначено основні тенденції сучасного розвитку підприємств молокопереробної галузі. Досліджено питання диференційованого розгляду ризиків та загроз конкуренто-спроможного розвитку молокопереробної галузі в Україні. Обґрунтовано зовнішні загрози та визначено їх причино-наслідковий характер для ефективного функціонування молокопереробних підприємств.

В статье исследованы вопросы финансовой безопасности предприятий молокоперерабатывающей отрасли. Определены основные тенденции современного развития предприятий молокоперерабатывающей отрасли. Исследован вопрос дифференцированного рассмотрения рисков и угроз конкурентоспособности способного развития молокоперерабатывающей отрасли в Украине. Обоснованно внешние угрозы и определен их причинно-следственный характер для эффективного функционирования молокоперерабатывающих предприятий.

B.V. Pogrischuk Financial security of the enterprises of the dairy industry in ensuring competitiveness. The article deals with the issues of financial security of enterprises of the dairy industry. The main tendencies of the modern development of enterprises of the dairy industry are determined. The problem of differentiated consideration of risks and threats of the competitive development of the dairy industry in Ukraine is investigated. The external threats are substantiated and their causal nature is determined for the effective functioning of dairy processing enterprises. The differentiated consideration of the risks and threats of the competitive development of dairy processing enterprises in Ukraine shows that there are a number of problems that need to be addressed, in particular: ensuring a high level of funding for innovation by an overwhelming majority of dairy processing enterprises; an increase in the share of high-tech equipment for the implementation of production processes in its overall structure; reduction of material and energy intensity of production; enhancement of the supply of quality raw materials and capacity utilization; expansion of possibilities for differentiation of the range of milk products. The external threats to the efficient functioning of dairy processing enterprises include: openness of the Ukrainian market of milk and dairy products to international participants; decrease of the effective demand of the population; underdevelopment of market infrastructure, changes in inter-farm and inter-branch links of the dairy product subcomplex entities, lack of revenue from export of products due to the low level of competitiveness, which requires improvement of the quality control system of raw materials and products; insufficient institutional and financial support by the state for scientifictechnological and innovative reorientation of production. Problems of ensuring the financial security of domestic enterprises can be recognized and the imperfection of the legislative framework for ensuring financial security and the lack of interest of enterprises and the state in international scientific and technical cooperation and the use of world experience on the use of scientific advances and advanced technologies in the field of milk processing.
