Abstract

Добіжа Н.В. Матеріально-технічне забезпечення інноваційно - орієнтованого аграрного сектору України. У статті розглянуто питання матеріально-технічного забезпечення інноваційно-орієнтованого аграрного сектору України. Розкрито принципові положення формування матеріально-технічних ресурсів в аграрному секторі, виділено фактори, що сповільнюють впровадження інноваційних технологій в аграрній економіці та окреслено перспективні напрями удосконалення системи матеріально-технічного забезпечення сільськогосподарських товаровиробників з урахуванням індикаторів їх розвитку. Зосереджено увагу на потребі створення вітчизняних модернізованих технічних засобів та використанні новітніх, більш ефективних засобів виробництва вітчизняними сільськогосподарськими товаровиробниками.

N.V. Dobizha. Material and technical provision of innovationoriented agrarian sector of Ukraine. Taking into account the complicated situation regarding the renovation and technical re-equipment of domestic agrarian units, overcoming the technological backwardness in the national agrarian sector stipulates the demand to examine the problem of a holistic material and technical system formation, to master the innovative techniques and technologies of production, and organizational and economic foundations of transformational shifts on the way to the reorientation of the agrarian sector development on the innovative-oriented model. The purpose of the work is to substantiate the scientific and practical recommendations for improving the system of material and technical provision of agricultural producers in the concept of innovation-oriented development of the agrarian sector of the Ukrainian economy. The article deals with the issues of material and technical provision of innovation-oriented agricultural sector of Ukraine. The basic principles of formation of material and technical resources in the agrarian sector are revealed; the factors which slow down the introduction of the innovative technologies into the agrarian economy are marked out; and the perspective directions of improving the system of material and technical provision of agricultural goods producers, taking into account the indicators of their development, are outlined. We consider the system of material and technical provision as a totality of the principles, forms, methods and measures aimed at the production and supply of technical equipment, spare parts, fuel and lubricants, energy carriers, means of care, technical and technological maintenance, and the provision of production services implemented through the interaction of the enterprises producing the logistical resources, trade and intermediary organizations, service units, the formations which use power aggregates and installations and state bodies regulating the relations in the sphere of technical and technological provision. The activity of this system should be aimed at reproduction and development of the material and technical base, increasing the level of innovation in technological processes and production of agricultural goods. An increase in the volume of production of domestic agricultural products under the conditions of an innovation-oriented type of development is possible by optimizing the system of provision of goods producers with material and technical resources, rational use of the material and technical base and its timely updating. It is determined that the main methods of updating and improving the material and technical provision of agricultural enterprises are the investment attraction; cooperation and combination of production; development of logistics; application of innovative technologies of production and products promotion.

В статье рассмотрены вопросы материально-технического обеспечения инновационно-ориентированного аграрного сектора Украины. Раскрыто принципиальные положения формирования материально-технических ресурсов в аграрном секторе, выделены факторы, замедляющие внедрения инновационных технологий в аграрной экономике и намечены перспективные направления совершенствования системы материальнотехнического обеспечения сельскохозяйственных товаропроизводителей с учетом индикаторов их развития. Сосредоточено внимание на необходимости создания отечественных модернизированных технических средств и использования новейших, более эффективных средств производства отечественными сельскохозяйственных хозяйственными товаропроизводителями.
