| Короткий огляд (реферат): | The current state of the agricultural insurance market has been studied. The main legal documents on the regulation of agricultural risk insurance were analyzed. Based on the analysis of the dynamics of aggregate indicators of the agricultural insurance market it was established that the domestic market has a significant potential for development, especially under conditions of improvement of the current regulatory and legal framework and the mechanism of providing state support. The prospects for the development of the agricultural insurance market are determined regarding the mechanism of providing state support and the development of current legislation to increase the efficiency of its work in harmony with European and world experience. |
