Політичні інститути: механізм формування за умов середовиша конкуренції

Abstract

Описано сучасні наукові підходи до висвітлення механізму політичної інституціоналізації. Показано, що основна увага в них звертається на взаємозв'язок між економічними ресурсами, владою та політичними інституціями а також на взаємодію між формальними та неформальними політичними інституціями в контексті перерозподілу. Робиться висновок, що політичні інститути визначаються конкурентним впливом суб'єктів політики, які захищають свої інтереси, і не завжди враховують інтереси більшості суспільства.

Modern scientific approaches to highlighting the mechanism of political institutionalization are described. It is shown that the main attention in them is on the relationship between economic resources, power and political institutions, as well as on the interaction between formal and informal political institutions in the context of redistribution. It is acknowledged that political institutions are determined by the competitive influence of political subjects who protect their interests, and do not always take into account the interests of the majority of society.
