| Abstract: | Treatia adleri Costa, 1968, a gamasid mite earlier known only from Israel, has been recorded in Natural Reserve ‘Khomutovskaya Step’ (Donetsk region, Ukraine) as a parasite of European fire bug (Pyrrhocoris apterus) in holes of the house mouse (Mus musculus). Other records, on the same host, are from near Poltava, Ukraine, and from Altai Mountains in Russia. Detailed descriptions of larva, proto- and deitonympha, and the adult mite of both sexes, with figures are given. |
