В статті узагальнено теоретико-методологічні дослідження до формування якісно нової системи забезпечення соціально-економічного розвитку макро- і мікро економічних структур на вимогах соціальноінноваційного підходу. Пріоритетність надано людському розвитку, цивілізованим цінностям, організаційній культурі в органічній єдності екологічних, соціальних, інтелектуальних, економічних складових як системної цілісності, що дозволить на вимогах комплексного підходу забезпечувати єдність інтересів в соціальних системах.

В статье обобщены теоретико-методологические исследования к формированию качественно новой системы обеспечения социальноэкономического развития макро- и микро экономических структур на требованиях социально-инновационного подхода. Приоритетность предоставлено человеческому развитию, цивилизованным ценностям, организационной культуре в органическом единстве экологических, социальных, интеллектуальных, экономических составляющих как системной целостности, что позволит на требованиях комплексного подхода обеспечивать единство интересов в социальных системах.

Theoretical and methodological researches concerning the formation of a qualitatively new system of ensuring the socio-economic development of macro- and microeconomic structures according to the requirements of social and innovative approach have been generalized in the article. The priority is given to human development, civilized values, organizational culture in the organic unity of ecological, social, intellectual and economic counterparts as a systemic integrity which will allow ensuring the interests unity in social systems in accordance with the requirements of the complex approach. It was established that a new creative thinking, a new creative process, organization climate and its counterpart, new creative values, a new creative organization behavior, organization interaction, organization culture, a qualitatively new approach to the human potential formation, and a new creative and effective system of institutional support for managing the development of the agrarian sector of the economy should be developed. The proposed scientific approach to the formation of a system for ensuring social and economic development of macro and microstructures in accordance with the requirements of complex and systemic approach and social innovation will facilitate the strengthening of their competitive abilities and potential in an external competitive environment and combine the innovative potentials of social, productive, technical and technological, resource, organizational and managerial and image orientations in an organic integrity as a base for the rhythmical activity in perspective.
