Abstract:	In forest-steppe and steppe zones of Ukraine, 54 species of Melolonthinae were discovered, a great majority of which are more or less harmful. According to distribution patterns of Melolonthinae and other insects, forest-steppe and steppe zones of Ukraine can be subdivided in to a number of zoogeographical districts.
