| Abstract: | The principal morphological structures of larvae of the first-instar, second-instar and third-instar larvae of the three species of the genus Aphodius III: Aphodius (Nialus) varians Duftschmid, 1805, Aphodius (Trichonotulus) scrofa (Fabricius, 1787) and Aphodius (Phalacronothus) biguttatus Germar, 1824 are described and illustrated. These larvae were obtained as a result of laboratory keeping. All the described species are typical species of the appropriate subgenus. |
