Abstract

У статі досліджуються питання управління конкурентоспроможності підприємницької діяльності на основі системного підходу. Досліджено питання видів впливу на підприємницьку діяльність на різних рівнях внутрішнього і зовнішнього середовища. Розглянуто механізм здійснення управління конкурентоспроможністю підприємницької діяльності. Виділено структурні складові системи управління конкурентоспроможністю підприємницької діяльності, обґрунтовано та запропоновано інноваційну концепцію управління конкурентоспроможністю підприємницької діяльності спрямовану на підтримання належного рівня конкурентоспроможності та можливості її підвищення.

В статье исследуются вопросы управления конкурентоспособности предпринимательской деятельности на основе системного подхода. Рассмотрены механизм осуществления управления конкурентоспособностью предпринимательской деятельности. Выделены структурные составляющие системы управления конкурентоспособностью предпринимательской деятельности, обоснованно и предложено инновационную концепцию управления конкурентоспособностью предпринимательской деятельности направленную на поддержание надлежащего уровня конкурентоспособности и возможности ее повышения. Доказано, что система управления конкурентоспособностью предпринимательской деятельности представляет собой совокупность подсистем, отражающих агрегированные комплексы действий по повышению конкурентных возможностей предприятия.

This article reveals the nature of competition and the need to ensure the competitive advantages of the enterprise in the system of functioning of the economic entity in the long run at the present stage of development of the domestic economic system. This article is intended to reveal the conceptual foundations for the enterprise competitiveness formation from the standpoint of a system approach, based on a system study of the theoretical and methodological foundations of the formation of the enterprise competitive advantages. The article reviews current state of scientific research of domestic scholars and reveals the fundamental theoretical and methodological basis of this study in accordance with the scientific works of domestic scholars. The author reveals and systematizes key factors influencing the enterprise competitiveness level at the present stage of development of the system of market relations. The need to form an appropriate level of competitive advantage of the business entity in accordance with the key factors that affect the enterprise competitiveness is argued. The research identifies the existing approaches in the system of managing the competitiveness of business entities in the market economy. The nature of the system approach in accordance with the concept of forming the enterprise competitiveness and ensuring the appropriate level of competitive advantages of the business entity at the present stage of development is revealed. The effectiveness of this approach in the system of managing the enterprise competitiveness in modern business conditions is argued. A matrix of key functions and principles in the system of enterprise competitiveness management is formed on the basis of a system approach. Based on the study of the theoretical mechanism of managing the competitiveness of the business entity, a complex model of managing the competitiveness of the enterprise is formed on the basis of a system approach. The conclusions on the conducted research are drawn, the key elements of enterprise competitiveness formation from positions of the system approach are allocated.
