Аналізуються чинники, які призводять до структурних змін національної економіки. Визнається напрями smart specialization регіональних економік до глобалізаційних процесів світової економіки з метою підвищення ефективності і екологічності виробництва, наукового обгрунтування розумної спеціалізації аграрного виробництва регіонів України. Пропонуються шляхи відродження агроекологічного балансу у землеробстві.

The solution of the problem of increasing agricultural production efficiency demands identification and the maximum using of economic activity reserves as potential opportunities for improvement of the net resulting effects. One of such strategic aspects of increasing efficiency and land resources using is the smart specialization management. SMART SPECIALIZATION is a basic approach to the development of regional innovation policy. It involves identifying priority sectors of the local economy with the involvement of key stakeholders. The goal of the research is to form the theoretical and methodical bases for management of smart specialization as the strategic line for increasing efficiency of their land resources using. Such methods are used during t research: abstract and logical, monographic, historical, system analysis and synthesis, graph The factors that lead to structural changes in the national economy are analyzed. The directions of Smart specialization of regional economies in the context of globalization of the world economy are determined with the aim of increasing the efficiency and environmental friendliness of production, scientific substantiation of reasonable specialization of agricultural production in the regions of Ukraine. The ways of reviving the agro-ecological balance in agriculture areproposed.
