Методика розрахунку та стан показників продовольчої безпеки в Україні

Abstract

Пасемко Г.П, Бага Л.Г, Пащенко Ю.В, Шевченко С.В. Методика розрахунку та стан показників продовольчої безпеки в Україні. Розкрито сутність категорій: продовольча безпека, індикатори продовольчої безпеки і критерії продовольчої безпеки. Здійснено кількісну оцінку і аналіз рівня продовольчої безпеки України за допомогою системи індикаторів та їх граничних (порогових) значень: калорійність середньодобового раціону населення України, рівень споживання основних продуктів харчування, динаміка виробництва і споживання зернових культур, структура сукупних витрат домогосподарств, динаміка самозабезпечення продовольством, продовольча незалежність за основними продуктами харчування.

Раскрыта сущность категорий: продовольственная безопасность, индикаторы продовольственной безопасности и критерии продовольственной безопасности. Осуществлено количественную оценку и анализ уровня продовольственной безопасности Украины с помощью системы индикаторов и их предельных (пороговых) значений: калорийность среднесуточного рациона населения Украины, уровень потребления основных продуктов питания, динамика производства и потребления зерновых культур, структура совокупных расходов домохозяйств, динамика самообеспечения продовольствием, продовольственная независимость по основным продуктам питания.

The essence of the categories is revealed: food security, food security indicators and food security criteria. Quantitative assessment and analysis of food security level in Ukraine by means of the system of indicators and their boundary (threshold) values is carried out: caloric content of the average daily diet of the population of Ukraine, level of consumption of basic foodstuff, dynamics of production and consumption of crops, structure of total expenditures of households, dynamics of food self-sufficiency, food independence for basic foodstuff. The aim of the article is to analyze the dynamics of food security indicators in Ukraine on the basis of the main indicators and their thresholds. Methodology. The following research methods were used in writing the article: logical-semantic - to deepen the conceptual framework for identifying the main components of food security; comparative analysis - to investigate the indicators of food security in different countries; statistical analysis - to analyze the dynamics of indicators and their thresholds; abstract-logical - to generalize theoretical positions and form conclusions and propositions. Results of work. The dynamics of food security indicators in Ukraine during the period of independence have both positive and negative trends. A positive development is the increase in the consumption of meat, milk, fish and fruit and berry products by our compatriots and the satisfaction of the needs of the population, usually through domestic production. The main negative aspects of food security are: unbalanced food supply; declining volumes of own production of some products; consumption of many products is lower than rational norms, and the quality of food is deteriorating; economic inaccessibility of food due to the generally low income level of the population; high disparities in the living standards of the population by social groups; increasing imports for all food groups, which undermines the development of domestic production.
