Ефективність виробництва пшениці при різних підходах до формування парку зернозбиральних комбайнів сільськогосподарських підприємств

Abstract

Олійник О.В., Макогон В.В. Ефективність виробництва пшениці при різних підходах до формування парку зернозбиральних комбайнів сільськогосподарських підприємств. Висвітлено результати дослідження забезпеченні сільськогосподарських підприємств зернозбиральною технікою, роль послуг агросервісних компаній у своєчасному проведенні збиральної кампанії та їх вплив на ефективність виробництва зерна пшениці сільськогосподарськими підприємствами. Під час дослідження застосовано низки загальнонаукових і спеціальних методів дослідження, зокрема монографічний, графічний, групувань, синтезу та узагальнення. Встановлено, що нарощування обсягів виробництва зерна пшениці, кукурудзи, насіння соняшника та соняшникової олії відбувається на фоні повільних темпів оновлення технічної бази проведення збиральних робіт. За таких умов проблема вирішується шляхом нарощування придбання імпортної зернозбиральної техніки агросервісними компанії з наступним наданням сільськогосподарським підприємствам на умовах оренди або шляхом надання послуг по збиранню врожаю. Аналіз функціонування ринку агросервісних послуг засвідчив зростання ролі підрядних організацій у технологічних процесах більшості сільськогосподарських підприємств, що неоднозначно позначається на показниках економічної ефективності їх діяльності.

Представлены результаты исследования обеспечении сельскохозяйственных предприятий зерноуборочной техникой, роль услуг агросервисных компаний в своевременном проведении уборочной кампании и их влияние на эффективность производства зерна пшеницы сельскохозяйственными предприятиями. Во время исследования применены ряд общенаучных и специальных методов исследования, в частности монографический, графический, группировок, синтеза и обобщения. Установлено, что наращивание объемов производства зерна пшеницы, кукурузы, семян подсолнечника и подсолнечного масла идет на фоне медленных темпов обновления технической базы проведения уборочных работ. В таких условиях проблема решается путем интенсивного приобретение импортной зерноуборочной техники агросервисными компаниями с последующей использованием ее для передачи в аренду сельскохозяйственным предприятиям или предоставления услуг по уборке урожая. Анализ функционирования рынка агросервисных услуг показал рост роли подрядных организаций в технологических процессах большинства сельскохозяйственных предприятий, что неоднозначно сказывается на показателях экономической эффективности их деятельности.

The subject of the research is the approaches to the formation of the fleet of grain harvesting equipment of the agricultural enterprises, as well as the role of the services of the agricultural service companies in the harvesting campaign and their impact on the financial results from production and sale of wheat grain at the agricultural enterprises. The purpose of the article is to highlight the results of the research of providing the agricultural enterprises with grain harvesting equipment, the role of the agricultural services companies in the timely harvesting campaign and their impact on the efficiency of wheat production by the agricultural enterprises. Research methods and methodology. Achieving this goal has led to the use of a number of the general and special research methods. In particular, they are a monograph, which has been used during the systematization of the publications on the formation of the export potential of the grain industry and its technical and technological support; graphic – while the analysis of the dynamics of the combine harvester market; groupings – to establish the nature of the relationship between the cost of the services of the third-party organizations with the results of wheat production and technical support of this process, synthesis and generalization – while formulating the conclusions. The achieved results. It has been established that the increase in the production of wheat, corn, sunflower seeds and sunflower oil occurs against the background of the slow pace of updating the technical base of harvesting. Under such conditions, the problem is solved by increasing the purchase of the imported grain harvesting equipment by the agricultural service companies, followed by providing it to the agricultural enterprises on lease. The analysis of the functioning of the market of the agricultural services showed an increase in the role of the subordinate organisations in the technological processes of the most agricultural enterprises, which ambiguously affects the indicators of economic efficiency of their activities. The scope of the results. The results of the research can be used by the scientists while conducting the fundamental and applied research on cost management of the agricultural enterprises and the functioning of the grain industry; the applicants for the higher education in the financial and economic direction of training during the acquisition of the subjects of the professional training; the specialists of economic services of the agricultural enterprises while planning the production activities.
