Краудфандинг як інструмент залучення інвестицій в інноваційні технології

Abstract

Томілін О.О., Ставицька В.О., Тимко А.К. Краудфандинг як інструмент залучення інвестицій в інноваційні технології. У статті проведено узагальнюючий аналіз концепцій щодо розкриття поняття краудфандингу та супутніх з ним визначень. Визначено вплив краудфандингу та краудінвестингу на кон’юнктуру сучасного ринку. Доведено, що на ефективність залучення інвестування на краудфандингових платформах найбільший вплив має низка факторів, а саме: чітко визначена тема і мета проекту, попит суспільства, відповідна ціна реалізації проекту та ін. Розроблено заходи щодо проектів інноваційних технологій та запропоновано рекомендації щодо підтримки держави в питанні регулювання краудфандингу як інструменту залучення інвестицій у виробництво.

The subject of the study is crowdfunding – as an element of raising funds (investments) in the implementation of various projects and programs. The aim of the work is to study the concept of crowdfunding and related economic categories on the example of the global scope and origin of work on its implementation in Ukraine, its practical application. Research and the collection of research information were conducted through the development of scientific and electronic sources, as well as crowdfunding sites. The study revealed the concept of crowdfunding as a way to raise funds for projects or initiatives of both businesses and individuals through the contributions of a large number of third parties. The expediency of creating a legal basis for crowdfunding is economically justified. This is necessary for the full realization of the rights and responsibilities of users of crowdfunding platforms in Ukraine, as in developed countries this issue has long been resolved. Insufficiently organized legal framework for defining a crowdfunding platform as a lending system. This problem also affects many other business processes that have been operating in the world for a long time. Crowdfunding platforms also contribute to the development of innovative technologies in Ukraine. This helps the global and domestic technology market to reach a higher level. It has been proven that crowdfunding is a modern and effective way to solve the problems of financing new ideas in the creative, social and scientific spheres, which contributes to the development of the country's economy. The development of projects of innovative technologies and recommendations for state support in the regulation of crowdfunding as a tool for attracting investment in production are proposed.

Доказано, что на эффективность привлечения инвестирования в краудфандингових платформах наибольшее влияние имеет ряд факторов, а именно: четко определена тема и цель проекта, спрос общества, соответствующая цена реализации проекта и др. Разработаны мероприятия по проектам инновационных технологий и предложены рекомендации по поддержке государства в вопросе регулирования краудфандинга как инструмента привлечения инвестиций в производство.
