Фізична культура як складова загальної культури, суспільними проявами якої є фізичне виховання та масовий спорт, виступає суттєвим чинником здорового способу життя, профілактики захворювань, організації змістовного дозвілля, формування гуманістичних цінностей різних груп населення та створення умов для всебічного гармонійного розвитку людини, досягненню фізичної та духовної досконалості людини, вияву резервних можливостей її організму, ствердженню патріотичних почуттів та формуванню міжнародного іміджу країни.

Физическая культура как составляющая общей культуры, общественными проявлениями которой является физическое воспитание и массовый спорт, выступает существенным фактором здорового образа жизни, профилактики заболеваний, организации содержательного досуга, формирование гуманистических ценностей различных групп населения и создание условий для всестороннего гармоничного развития человека, достижению физической и духовной совершенства человека, проявления резервных возможностей его организма, утверждению патриотических чувств и формированию международного имиджа страны.

In a pandemic, there are a number of problems that affect the development of sports and health activities and the industry in particular: low mobility, disorders in the feeding system, irrational and unbalanced diet; disregard for the interests of the consumer to the development of the more physical activity, the lack of proper, safe, high-quality sports equipment; the imperfection of the state organizational and legal base, insufficient state support, low motivation of employees of the sports and health industry, lack of an innovative mechanism for managing the sports and health sphere. The purpose of the article is to reveal: the significance and features of the functioning of enterprises in the sports and health sphere; to analyze the state and trends in the development of sports and health; innovative measures to strengthen the management of sports and health. Modern theories of economic growth attach special importance to human capital as a key factor in the development of the economy and society. It is the person who is the bearer of general and special knowledge and skills and has the opportunity to constantlyф improve and learn, is now recognized as the main driving force of the new economy, based on the creation and use of new knowledge. Accordingly, the activities of governments around the world are aimed primarily at human development with the priority of public investment in health care, education, social support, life, etc.
