dc.description.abstract | N.А. Makarenko, M.A. Lyshenko, A.V. Savostyanovа. Methodological foundations for the formation of competitive strategies for managing the logistics activities of enterprises. The subject of research is the theoretical and methodological aspects of the use of tools for the formation of competitive strategies for logistics management of enterprises. The main purpose of the research is to study methodological approaches to the formation of effective strategies for managing the logistics activities of enterprises and to determine the relationship between the formation and evaluation of the effectiveness of the logistics development strategy as elements of competitive advantage. The methodological basis of the research is the dialectical method (study of logistics processes in the system interconnection and interdependence, abstract-logical - used in theoretical generalization and conclusion), factorial (study of the influence of individual factors on the efficiency of logistics management). Results. The article analyzes the approaches to the formation of strategies for managing the logistics activities of enterprises, which affects the efficiency of flow management. The dependence between the formation and evaluation of the effectiveness of the logistics development strategy as elements of achieving competitive advantages of the enterprise is determined. Recommendations for the development of a competitive strategy for managing the logistics activities of enterprises based on the strategy of maximizing and increasing the level of logistics service, maximizing revenues and profits, minimizing costs and investments in the logistics network, ensuring competitive advantages of the enterprise, logistics outsourcing strategy. It is proposed to evaluate the effectiveness of the implementation of the logistics management strategy of the enterprise through the control of organizational, informational, motivational and financial support. Conclusion. The analysis of the theory of logistics strategies taking into account the directions of enterprise development proves the need to develop a strategy for managing their logistics activities based on existing basic logistics strategies (strategy to maximize and increase logistics services, maximize revenues and profits, minimize costs and investments in logistics network, enterprises, logistics outsourcing strategy). The choice of strategy for managing the logistics activities of enterprises in modern business conditions is a complex process of agreeing on the need to minimize costs while maximizing revenues by improving logistics services, as well as increasing competitive advantage. As a result, the choice of strategic direction will depend on the type of logistics system, available material resources and business strategy of the enterprise. The effectiveness of the choice of a strategy will be determined by the dynamics of enterprise revenue growth and improving the quality of logistics services and customer satisfaction. Prospects for further exploration may be further research into the practice of applying logistics strategies by Ukrainian enterprises in modern conditions. | uk_UA |
