Abstract

Зубков Р.С., Завгородній А.В., Місюк М.В. Напрямки вдосконалення продовольчої безпеки регіону. Статтю присвячено розробленню напрямків вдосконалення продовольчої безпеки регіону. Виділено три сутнісні аспекти поняття «продовольча безпека»: політичний; економічний; соціальний. Встановлено, що визначальним завданням державної політики повинно бути створення рівних умов для ведення бізнесу та інвестування економіки України суб’єктами господарювання різної форми власності, здійснення процесу інвестування на прозорих та цивілізованих засадах, поліпшення структури інвестиційних джерел. Визначено алгоритм формування продовольчої стратегії розвитку регіону та напрямки вдосконалення продовольчої безпеки. Реалізація стратегії забезпечення регіональної продовольчої безпеки потребує вдосконалення. Основні зусилля потрібно направити на реалізацію основних завдань продовольчої безпеки, а саме: фізична та економічна доступність харчових продуктів для всіх верств населення регіону, рівень їх якості, корисності та безпечності а також безперебійність постачання.

The subject of research is theoretical, methodological and applied aspects and mechanisms of formation of the regional food security system. The methodological basis of the study is an economic theory, works of domestic scientists on the problems of forming a regional food supply system. The purpose of this article is development of directions of improvement of food security of the region. To achieve this goal and in accordance with the logic of scientific research, the following tasks were set: to investigate the features of food security in modern conditions, to substantiate the algorithm for forming a food strategy for regional development and ways to improve food security in the region. The article is devoted to the development of areas for improving food security in the region. There are three essential aspects of the concept of "food security": 1. Political - characterizes the ability of the state to maintain its stable positive international image as a competitive foreign agricultural market, to ensure its citizens the consumption of whole foods in accordance with accepted international standards and norms; 2. Economic - characterizes the ability of the state to mobilize domestic resources and agroeconomic potential of the country to organize agricultural production and provide the population with food mostly of its own production and thus guarantee economic independence, sufficient independence from foreign markets; 3. Social - determines the employment of the population in the agricultural sector of the economy with appropriate productivity and wages. It is established that the defining task of state policy should be to create equal conditions for doing business and investing in the economy of Ukraine by economic entities of various forms of ownership, implementing the investment process on a transparent and civilized basis, improving the structure of investment sources.
