Abstract

В статті поглиблено практичні аспекти щодо світового ринку молока та молокопродукції, проаналізовано сучасні тенденції та перспективи. В проведеному дослідженні здійснено аналітичне узагальнення обсягів виробництва молока. Практична реалізація даного рішення сприятиме прогнозуванню ефективності діяльності суб’єктів агропромислового виробництва України, які спеціалізуються на виробництві молока та молокопродукції. Для того, щоб зупинити катастрофічне зменшення виробництва молока необхідно докласти спільних зусиль виробникам, переробникам і звичайно державним інституціям, зокрема вимагати створення дієвої національної програми розвитку молочної та молокопереробної галузей. Також для захисту внутрішнього ринку слід боротися із фальсифікатами та запровадити дзеркальні квоти на імпорт молочних продуктів.

В статье углублены практические аспекты относительно мирового рынка молока и молочной продукции, проанализированы современные тенденции и перспективы. В проведенном исследовании осуществлено аналитическое обобщение объемов производства молока в мире. Практическая реализация данного решения будет способствовать прогнозированию эффективности деятельности субъектов агропромышленного производства Украины, специализирующихся на производстве молока и молочной продукции. Сделан вывод, что для того, чтобы остановить катастрофическое уменьшение производства молока необходимо приложить совместные усилия производителям, переработчикам и конечно государственным институтам, в частности требовать создания действенной национальной программы развития молочной и молокоперерабатывающей отраслей. Также для защиты внутреннего рынка следует бороться с фальсификатами и ввести зеркальные квоты на импорт молочных продуктов.

Structural-logical analysis was used to construct the logic and structure of the study; economics - statistical (analysis of economic indicators of agricultural enterprises); abstract-logical method was used to form the conclusions. Results. World milk production is forecast to reach nearly 860 million tonnes in 2020, up 1.4 percent from 2019, with expected increases in Asia, Europe, and North America, along with small gains in Oceania, Central America and the Caribbean, and Africa. By contrast, milk output in South America will likely contract. Ukraine in 2019 had the highest intensity of reduction of the total number of cows, the actual losses amounted to 96.4 thousand cows per year. According to many experts, the actual production of raw milk in Ukraine is the lowest in 100 years and is about two-thirds of the official statistics published by the State Statistics Service of Ukraine. In order to stop the catastrophic decline in milk production, it is necessary to make joint efforts with producers, processors and, of course, government agencies, in particular to demand the creation of an effective national program for the development of the dairy and milk processing industries.
