Аналіз інвестиційної привабливості Дніпропетровського регіону

Abstract

Досліджено сучасні тенденції у динаміці та структурі джерел фінансування капітальних інвестицій за основними видами економічної діяльності Дніпропетровського регіону за період 2014-2018 рр. Проаналізовано інвестиційну привабливість регіону та обґрунтовано основні напрями удосконалення управління інвестиційною діяльністю. Розглянуто формування позитивного інвестиційного клімату регіону та негативні чинники впливу на залучення іноземних інвестицій. Проведена оцінка залучення капітальних інвестицій в оптову та роздрібну торгівлю регіону. Запропоновано стратегічні заходи з покращення регіонального інвестиційного клімату. The article examines the current trends in the dynamics and structure of the sources of financing of capital investments, the main types of economic activity of the Dnipropetrovsk region for the period 2014-2018. The analysis of investment attractiveness of the region is carried out and the main directions of improvement on management of investment activity are proved. The article considers the formation of a positive investment climate in the region and the negative factors of influence on attracting foreign investment, which decreased under the influence of internal and external political, financial and economic factors. The main undisputed leader in attracting foreign investment is the industrial type of economic activity of the Dnipropetrovsk region with a powerful mining and metallurgical complex. The assessment of capital investments attraction in wholesale and retail trade of the region is carried out. Strategic measures to attract investment and improve the regional investment climate are proposed.
