Формування та функціонування системи управління фінансовою стійкістю підприємства

Abstract

Узагальнена класифікація стійкості підприємства, з обґрунтуванням звʼязків між різними її видами. Головним структурним елементом економічної стійкості підприємства визначено фінансову стійкість. Запропоновано розглядати фінансову стійкість підприємства, як його здатність функціонувати і розвиватися, для досягнення поставленої мети, передбачаючи погашення своїх зобов'язань на основі ефективного формування використання фінансових ресурсів. Визначені основні складові фінансової стійкості: фінансова стабільність, фінансова гнучкість та фінансовий потенціал підприємства. Скореговано визначення категорії «система управління фінансовою стійкістю». Запропоновано підхід до оцінки фінансової стійкості, в основу якого покладена бальна оцінка інтегрального показника. Запропонована послідовність управлінських дій для окремих стадій функціонування системи управління фінансовою стійкістю для вирішення її головної мети – досягнення та підтримання визначеного рівня фінансової стійкості за допомогою досягнення та підтримки цільового рівня фінансової стабільності, фінансової гнучкості, фінансового потенціалу підприємства. Здійснена апробація запропонованих підходів до оцінки фінансової стійкості сукупності підприємств торгівлі м. Харкова за період 2018-2021рр.

Financial stability is defined as the main structural element of the economic stability of the enterprise. It is proposed to consider the financial stability of the enterprise as its ability to function and develop, to achieve the set goal, providing for the repayment of its obligations based on the effective formation of the use of financial resources. The main components of financial stability are defined: financial stability, financial flexibility and financial potential of the enterprise. The definition of the category "financial stability management system" has been adjusted. To propose an approach to the assessment of financial stability, which is based on a point assessment of the integral indicator. The proposed sequence of management actions for individual stages of the functioning of the financial stability management system to solve its main goal - to achieve and maintain a certain level of financial stability by achieving and maintaining the target level of financial stability, financial flexibility, financial potential of the enterprise. Approbation of the proposed approaches to assessing the financial stability of the totality of trade enterprises in the city of Kharkiv for the period 2018-2021 was carried out.
