Організація залучення капіталу на підприємстві та напрями її удосконалення

Abstract

В кваліфікаційній роботі з’ясована економічна сутність капіталу підприємства, наведена класифікаційна характеристика його структурних елементів. Здобувачка описала джерела формування капіталу підприємства та способи залучення позикового капіталу. На основі аналізу основних показників діяльності господарства були зроблені відповідні розрахунки і висновки. З’ясовано, що фінансову основу підприємства складає власний капітал, проте, ефективна фінансова діяльність підприємства неможлива без постійного залучення позикових коштів. Здобувачка зробила аналіз залученого капіталу у процесі формування і розвитку підприємства. З’ясувала перспективи поліпшення взаємодії банків та підприємств у процесі залучення капіталу. У роботі було доведено, що «залучений капітал» являється більш широким поняттям ніж «позиковий капітал». Було виявлено, які проблеми існують при залученні позикових коштів та основні шляхи їх вирішення. З’ясовано, що для забезпечення ефективнішого залучення капіталу необхідно, щоб підприємства усіх форм власності й організаційно правового статусу використовували не тільки власні фінансові ресурси, a й кошти фінансового ринку. Доведено, що не існує єдиної оптимальної структури капіталу, адже до кожного конкретного підприємства необхідно застосовувати індивідуальний підхід у виборі джерел поповнення коштів. Найсприятливішим для ефективної діяльності підприємства є комплексний підхід до вибору джерел фінансування.

In the qualification work, the economic essence of the enterprise's capital is clarified, the classification characteristics of its structural elements are given. The source described the sources of the company's capital formation and methods of attracting loan capital. Based on the analysis of the main indicators of the economy, appropriate calculations and conclusions were made. It was found that the financial basis of the enterprise is its own capital, however, the effective financial activity of the enterprise is impossible without the constant attraction of loan funds. The acquirer made an analysis of the capital involved in the process of formation and development of the enterprise. I found out the prospects for improving the interaction between banks and enterprises in the process of attracting capital. The paper proved that "raised capital" is a broader concept than "loan capital". It was revealed what problems exist in attracting loan funds and the main ways to solve them. It was found that in order to ensure more effective capital attraction, it is necessary for enterprises of all forms of ownership and organizational and legal status to use not only their own financial resources, but also funds from the financial market. It has been proven that there is no single optimal capital structure, because it is necessary to apply an individual approach to the selection of sources of replenishment of funds for each specific enterprise. The most favorable for the effective operation of the enterprise is a comprehensive approach to the selection of sources of financing.
