Ризикостійкість підприємств торгівлі як складова інтегрованої системи ризик-менеджменту

Abstract

Удосконалено концептуальну модель інтегрованого ризикменеджменту підприємств торгівлі, яка ґрунтується на ідеї науково обґрунтованих цільових параметрів ризикостійкості та забезпечує функціональний зв’язок просторової та часової складових процесу ризикменеджменту. Для підвищення ефективності ризик-менеджменту підприємств торгівлі запропоновано технологію операційного симптоматичного управління ризиком, яка враховує галузеву специфіку їхнього функціонування.

Modern oriented risk-management of trading enterprises should be integrated into the overall management policy enterprise management, activity as a whole and the individual business processes. It should be applied to all management systems for coordinating of the work on risk management at the strategic, tactical, operational levels. Also, it should be used in specific business projects for the searching of the decisions and for management of individual risk areas. Currently there are a number of unresolved issues related to the development of concepts, methods and techniques of risk management companies, which take into account industry specifics of their operation. The problems of risk sustainability of trade enterprises are controversial and insufficiently developed on the theoretical and methodological levels. They must be solved from the standpoint of an integrated concept which is specific for the trade industry. The author suggests an improved conceptual model of integrated risk management of trade enterprises on the base of the idea of scientifically based risk sustainability target parameters which provides functional link spatial and temporal components of the process of risk management. The symptomatic operational risk management technology which takes into account industry specifics of their functioning for improving the effectiveness of risk management of trade enterprises is offered.
