Нормативно-методичне забезпечення моніторингу та оцінки стану зрошуваних земель

Abstract

Надано аналіз сучасного стану нормативно-методичного, інформаційного забезпечення у сфері моніторингу й оцінювання стану зрошуваних земель України. Доведено, що вдосконалення системи нормативно-методичного й інформаційного забезпечення стану зрошуваних земель та застосування комплексу введених у дію національних стандартів України сприятиме отриманню оперативних і достовірних даних щодо стану та якості ґрунтів, що дасть змогу оцінити їх продуктивність, стійкість до дії зрошувальної води різної якості, а також розробити управлінські рішення щодо ефективного використання в сільськогосподарському виробництві.

Дан анализ современного состояния нормативно-методического, информационного обеспечения в сфере мониторинга и оценки состояния орошаемых земель Украины. Показано, что усовершенствование системы нормативно-методического и информационного обеспечения состояния орошаемых земель и применение комплекса введенных в действие национальных стандартов Украины будет способствовать получению оперативных и достоверных данных о состоянии и качестве почв, что позволит оценить их продуктивность, устойчивость к действию оросительной воды разного качества, а также разработать управленческие решения по эффективному использованию в сельскохозяйственном производстве.

Analysis of the current state of the normative-metodological, information provision in the sphere of monitoring and state estimation state of irrigated land in Ukraine. The objects of the research are irrigated lands, normative-metodological base in the sphere of monitoring and state estimation state of irrigated land. Methods of analysis, synthesis, systematization. Results. The analysis of the current state of regulatory and methodological, information support in the field of monitoring and assessment of the irrigated lands of Ukraine. It is shown that the improvement of the system of normative methodical and informational support of irrigated land and the use of complex enacted national standards of Ukraine will contribute to the production of timely and reliable data on the condition and quality of the soil, which will evaluate their productivity, to irrigation to water of different quality stability, and to develop management solutions for efficient use in agricultural production. At present, it is necessary the creation of state-owned land monitoring systems and information security (data centers) and the state of the rational use of soil resources of Ukraine. We need to focus and organize the information available a variety of sources, using geoinfomatsiynih systems to create a database that will enable to assess the state of the land, to develop an integrated system of quality management and differentiated measures to protect and improve soil fertility. For a true and accurate assessment of the status of land on the basis of data collected during monitoring activities, an important aspect is the development of normative and methodological support. A list of developed and brought into use the normative documents on regulating of the the procedure of monitoring, control and evaluation indicators of irrigated lands condition.
