Ефективні способи підвищення довіри громадян

Abstract

Створення зручних і доступних умов для отримання приватними особами адміністративних послуг є однією з головних задач, що має вирішуватися органами державної влади та місцевого самоврядування. Адже саме за якістю цих послуг кожен громадянин оцінює турботу держави про нього та рівень поваги до прав і гідності громадянина. Реалізація цієї задачі особливо актуальна для України на сучасному етапі її розвитку, де система надання адміністративних послуг є непрозорою, нераціональною та повільною.

The creation of convenient and accessible conditions for private individuals to receive administrative services is one of the main tasks that should be solved by state and local authorities. After all, it is the quality of these services that each citizen evaluates the state's opinion about him and the level of respect for the rights and dignity of the citizen. Implementation of this task is particularly relevant for Ukraine at the present stage of its development, where the system of administrative services is opaque, irrational and slow.
