Abstract

Вивчення закономірностей виникнення та розвитку криз у соціальноекономічних системах різного рівня дозволило узагальнити науковотеоретичні підходи до походження характеру кризи, обґрунтувати послідовність розвитку кризи на підприємстві; визначити особливості управління на підприємстві як для протидії виникненню кризових явищ, так і в кризовій ситуації за критеріями умов діяльності, цілей діяльності та управління, організації ресурсів для досягнення цілей, горизонтом планування, стилем управління, системою заохочень.

Generalization of approaches and regularity of crisis phenomena origin and development of crisis in socio-economic systems of different levels allowed: to investigate the main causes of the crisis phenomena origin, the scientific and theoretical approaches for the determination of the nature of the crisis and to characterize it as a complex phenomenon that occurs during the life of the enterprise as a micro-economic system, under the influence of higher-level systems. The crisis is also considered to be a result of the inability of an enterprise to perceive right the derivatives of cycling processes in the development of systems and properties of the human factor, which is the main component of anti-crisis management, which aims to ensure the development and implementation of anticrisis measures to prevent the appearance of the crisis phenomena; to ground the sequence of the crisis development in an enterprise; to determine the characteristics of management in an enterprise, both to prevent the appearance of the crisis phenomena, and in crisis situation on the criteria (conditions of activity, purposes of activity and management, organization of resources for achieving the goals, planning time-frame, management style, reward system).
