| Abstract: | Розглянуто низку факторів, що впливають на формування трудового
потенціалу працівників, а також основні засади його розвитку в сучасних
умовах. Досліджено формування трудового потенціалу працівників у
контексті інформаційного суспільства. Labor potential is the basis of workers employability. It reveals in each worker the features required for the performance of certain types of work. The formation of labor potential affects a large number of factors which are to be studied for the development and productive use their employment potential. The aim of the article is to study the factors influencing the formation of labor potential, as well as its formation in modern conditions of the society informatization. |
