Безпека інноваційного розвитку підприємств аграрного сектору: сучасні тенденції та архітектура забезпечення

Abstract

У статті досліджено сутність категорії «інноваційна безпека» та склад її основних елементів. Проаналізовано сучасний рівень безпеки інноваційного розвитку бізнес-суб’єктів аграрної економіки. Визначено комплекс ризиків і загроз безпеці інноваційного розвитку аграрного сектору. Досліджено сучасний рівень фінансування наукової діяльності в Україні в порівнянні з провідними країнами світу та склад основних країн-інвесторів вітчизняного сільського господарства. Визначено місце Одеської області у національному рейтингу інноваційної активності бізнес-структур. Обґрунтовано порядок взаємодії та склад елементів сучасної архітектури безпеки інноваційного розвитку підприємств аграрного сектору.

The essence of the category «innovation security» and the composition of its main elements are considered in the article. The modern level of security of innovative development of business entities of the agrarian economy has been analyzed. The list of risks and threats to the security of innovative development of the agricultural sector is defined. The current state of funding research activities in Ukraine compared with the world's leading countries has been investigated. The composition of the main countries-investors of domestic agriculture has been also investigated here. The place of the Odessa region in the national rating of innovative activity of business structures is defined. The order of interaction and the composition of the elements of the modern architecture of the security of innovative development of enterprises in the agricultural sector are proposed.
