Цифрове науково-освітнє середовище бібліотек ЗВО в умовах пандемії COVID-19

Abstract

У статті розглянуто проблему використання електронних ресурсів бібліотек ЗВО в умовах пандемії COVID-19, розкрито основні напрями застосування відповідних цифрових ресурсів. Обґрунтовано актуальність використання електронних ресурсів бібліотек з метою підвищення якісного обслуговування наукової діяльності викладачів, аспірантів і фахової освіти здобувачів. Наголошено, що ефективність ресурсів електронних бібліотек у фаховій підготовці залежить від рівня ІКТ-компетентності здобувачів і викладачів. Визначено перспективи використання ресурсів електронних бібліотек як необхідного інструменту для осучаснення змісту і технологій професійної підготовки студентів.

The article discusses the problem of using electronic resources of libraries in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic in higher education institutions, reveals the main directions of using the corresponding digital resources. The urgency of using electronic resources of libraries in order to improve the quality of service for the scientific activities of teachers, graduate students and professional education of students is substantiated. It is noted that the effectiveness of the resources of electronic libraries in professional training depends on the level of ICT competence of students and teachers. The prospects of using the resources of electronic libraries as a necessary tool for modernizing the content and technologies of professional training of students are determined.
