Abstract: Розглянуто теоретичні аспекти менеджменту в освіті. Визначено основні методи менеджменту в освіті та їх змістове наповнення. Розкрито суть поняття «інформаційно-комунікаційні методи менеджменту в освіті», характерні особливості на рівні «викладач–студент». Запропоновано рішення з ефективного управління освітнім процесом в університетах на основі впровадження інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій у навчальний процес.
Educational sphere is one of the most important priorities of each country, because education occupies a decisive place in labor intellectualization. Globalization of educational activity based on information and communication technologies usage shows that this problem will always be relevant, and increase of the educational process efficiency will be constantly improved by management methods in education. The main aim of the article is the result of research on the problems of management methodology in education. The purpose of the article is to identify leading methods of management in education and their content, to reveal the essence of "information and communication methods of management in education", its characteristic features (form of influence, interaction, result) at the "teacherstudent" level, to propose solutions concerning effective management of the educational process at Kharkiv State University of Food Technology and Trade on the basis of the implementation of information and communication technologies to educational process. The methodology of management acquirement in education fundamentally differs from the similar approaches developed in traditional management. The authors identified the leading methods of management in education and their content. The essence of "information and communication methods of management in education" as well as its characteristic features at the "teacher - student" level are revealed. The decisions regarding effective management of the educational process in Kharkiv State University of Food Technology and Trade on the basis of implementation of information and communication technologies (ICTs) in the educational process are proposed. Thus, changes in the educational sphere, which occur due to the implementation of ICT in educational process, require new approaches to management education, which are the part of the management cycle and provide development of intellectual potential of the society. Therefore, implementation of information and communication methods of management in education based on ICT for future specialists' training can improve quality of education, develop students' creative abilities as well as teach them to think independently and work with educational material, which aids to their further continuous improvement throughout their lives.
