Державне регулювання екологізації сільського господарства

Abstract

Метою кваліфікаційної роботи є обґрунтування напрямів державного регулювання екологізації сільського господарства контексті воєнних викликів та з урахуванням світового досвіду. Об’єктом дослідження є організаційно-економічний механізм державного регулювання екологізації сільського господарства. Предметом дослідження є екологізація сільського господарства та процеси її державного регулювання. Наукова новизна одержаних результатів полягає у наступному: поглиблено науково-теоретичну концепцію державного регулювання екологізації сільськогосподарського виробництва в контексті європейського досвіду; удосконалено системне обґрунтування теоретичних й методичних основ державного регулювання екологізації сільськогосподарського виробництва; дістали подальшого розвитку вдосконалення нових підходів до державного регулювання екологізації сільськогосподарського виробництва в напрямку вирішення проблем екологізації в воєнний час. У кваліфікаційній (магістерській) роботі: В першому розділі кваліфікаційної роботи висвітлені теоретичні та методичні основи державного регулювання екологізації сільського господарства; другий розділ характеризує стан державного регулювання екологізації сільського господарства Харківської області; в третьому розділі обґрунтовано напрями покращення державного регулювання екологізації сільського господарства регіону. Висновки Державне регулювання екологізації є важливим напрямом розвитку сільського господарства, що включає в себе освоєння екологічних методів господарювання, забезпечення розширеного відтворення природних і антропогенних ресурсів через створення стійких еколого-економічних систем, та орієнтацію на зростання обсягів виробництва конкурентоспроможної екологічної продукції та формування стійкого агроландшафту. Війна значно змінила пріоритети державного управління та завдання з екологічного регулювання діяльності підприємств в сільському господарстві, так як головним стало відновлення виробництва.

The purpose of the qualification work is to provide substantiation of the directions of state regulation of agricultural ecologization in the context of military challenges and taking into account world experience. The object of research is the organizational and economic mechanism of state regulation of agricultural greening. The subject of the study is the greening of agriculture and the processes of its state regulation. The scientific novelty of the results obtained is as follows: the scientific and theoretical concept of state regulation of agricultural production greening in the context of European experience is deepened; the systematic substantiation of the theoretical and methodological foundations of state regulation of agricultural production greening is improved; the improvement of new approaches to state regulation of agricultural production greening in the direction of solving the problems of greening in wartime is further developed. In the qualification (master's) thesis: The first section of the qualification work highlights the theoretical and methodological foundations of state regulation of agricultural ecologization; the second section characterizes the state of state regulation of agricultural ecologization in the Kharkiv region; the third section substantiates the directions of improving the state regulation of agricultural ecologization in the region. Conclusions. The state regulation of greening is an important area of agricultural development, which includes the development of ecological methods of management, ensuring the expanded reproduction of natural and anthropogenic resources through the creation of sustainable ecological and economic systems, and focusing on the growth of production of competitive ecological products and the formation of a sustainable agricultural landscape.
