The evolution and basic concepts of strategic management in the agrarian sector of national economy

Abstract

The study substantiated the prerequisites for designing strategic management as a separate internal management pressure. This was used for applying in domestic agricultural enterprises. The authors work to refinish management and strategic management performed by market-makers trying to create fundamentally new units. The divisions are subject to management, separated from the methods of management in plan-driven economies. It is proven that it mainly develops strategic management, emphasizing the thesis of the enterprise, an open system to be considered, which exists when the amount needed that is consumed, and then uses a strong page for advanced planning. The difference in reliability is lower than the explanation of strategic management. This can be used taking into account such features of strategic management as: search for the possible existence and the internal potential of the enterprise; special own methodology; composition of information about the information; high requirements for professional qualities of managerial staff; emphasis on predictive control function. A nonrelevant problem is automatically identified, insufficient personnel, methodological and informational information programs for strategic management in domestic agricultural enterprises are identified.
