Abstract

Розглянуто механізм та основні види діяльності торговельного підприємства на фінансовому ринку як зовнішньому середовищі з метою застосування його потенціалу для формування достатнього обсягу фінансових ресурсів та їх ефективного використання для підвищення результативності фінансово-господарської діяльності підприємства торгівлі.

The entities of economic activity become more independent in choosing the variants for ensuring their commercial economic activity by the financial results in an economic scope. Financial market is becoming more challenging and favorable source and supplier of the additional paid-in capital for the development of commercial enterprises with the aim of raising efficiency of the formation and use of own and borrowed financial resources in the conditions of national economy transformation. The problem is the development of strategy and organization of commercial enterprises entrance to the market. Its solution requires motivated scientific and methodical approaches to the implementation of mechanisms of the activities of commercial enterprises as sovereign parts of the financial market. The authors consider the mechanism and major types of the commercial enterprise activity in a financial market as an external environment with the aim of using its potential for the formation of the sufficient level of financial resources and their effective use for raising the financial and economic activity of trade enterprise.
