Самостійна робота під час навчання студентів читання і мовлення іноземною мовою

Abstract

Розглянуто питання навчання студентів читанню й мовленню. Зазначено необхідність використання аудиторної та позааудиторної роботи для доведення процесу читання до автоматизму завдяки вправам. Наведено етапи навчання ефективному читанню іноземною мовою. Доведено ефективність формування вміння виявляти логіку в тексті іноземною мовою. Наведено приклади вправ, ефективність яких доведено експериментальним шляхом.

The article deals with teaching students reading and speaking. The problem of students’ reading training in non-linguistic universities is considered in this article. The need of using the classroom and extracurricular work for making the reading process automatic due to exercises is declared. Stages of learning effective reading in a foreign language are shown. The efficiency of formation of the ability to identify the logic of the text in a foreign language is proved. The examples of exercises the effectiveness of which is proved experimentally are listed. It is proposed to divide the course of foreign language reading in nonlinguistic universities into 3 stages. The importance of self-control while studying a foreign language in the non-linguistic universities is proved. The need of bringing of the reading training in non-linguistic universities to automaticity due to exercises is indicated. While studying reading training in non-linguistic universities it is important to stimulate with the help of verbal, visual situations. Perceptual processing of homework linguistic material varieties is recommended for the skill acquirement. The tasks in the article devoted to teaching the students reading contribute to the main goal of learning in the non-linguistic Universities. The types of tasks help the students in their self mastering reading skills and contribute to the broading their professional knowledge are recommended. For intensification of the reading training especially at the beginning technical aids can be used.
