Профілактичні заходи при небезпечних інфекціях диких тварин

Abstract

Для сучасного етапу світової епізоотичної ситуації характерним є вихід багатьох раніше локальних хвороб за межі епізоотичних вогнищ: за кордони окремих країн і навіть континентів. Заходи з ліквідації цих хвороб вимагають знищення всіх хворих, підозрілих у захворюванні та сприйнятливих тварин у неблагополучних пунктах та загрозливих зонах, введення заборони на забій, переміщення та реалізацію тварин, продуктів тваринного походження з цих територій, що призводять значні економічні збитки.

Для современного этапа мировой эпизоотической ситуации характерным есть выход многих ранее локальных болезней за границы эпизоотических очагов: за границы отдельных стран и даже континентов. континентів. Меры по ликвидации этих болезней требуют уничтожения всех больных, подозрительных в заболевании и восприимчивых животных в неблагополучных пунктах и угрожаемых зонах, введение запрета на убой, перемещение и реализацию животных, продуктов животного происхождения из этих территорий, которые составляют значительный ущерб. Страны — члены МЭБ для борьбы с заразными болезнями диких животных успешно применяют вакцинацию.

For the current stage of the global epidemic situation it is typical because many local diseases spread beyond the boundaries of epizootic foci: beyond the borders of individual countries and even continents. Infectious diseases are widely spread in nature and they threaten to all living being on the Earth. The measures to control these diseases require the destruction of all sick animals that are suspected in the disease and the susceptible animals in the unfavourable locations and endangered areas, the introduction of a ban on slaughter, movement and sale of animals, products of animal origin from these territories which bring considerable damage. Most emergent diseases are characterized by high level of morbidity and mortality. Thus, the entry of the causative agent of African swine fever in the wealthy countries is considered as a social and economic disaster. A group of prion infections is particularly dangerous. Spongiform encephalopathy affected almost all European countries except Spain. Such disease as Scrapie of sheep remains poorly studied. There are some peculiarities to control some diseases in wild animals because the course of these diseases in wild animals is different from the course of these diseases in pets. Vaccination has been successfully used by the member countries of the OIE to control infectious diseases of wild animals. Most revealing are the program of oral vaccination against rabies in Europe, Canada, USA and Ukraine. A number of vaccination programmes of wild animals in their natural existence has been proposed. The oral method of vaccine administration is thought to be the most appropriate method of wild animal vaccination. One of the main tasks of modern veterinary medicine is to protect the territory of Ukraine from carrying of causative agents of quarantine diseases of animals from other countries or quarantine zones Hunting wild animals is carried out only in the forests free from infectious diseases, especially those that are common for the animals and people, the so-called anthropozoonoses.
