Діагностика чуми собак та особливості її лікування в умовах «Ветеринар ного кабінету Доктора Абатораб Суфіане», Ель Джадіда, Марокко

Abstract

Актуальність теми: Чума є однією з головних причин смертності у собак. Нещеплені собаки, особливо у віці до року, схильні до захворювання, яке може перебігати з лихоманкою, кашлем, пригніченням, блюванням, діареєю, тремором голови та судомами. Але й щеплені собаки хворіють також, якщо їх імунна система не відреагувала адекватно з будь-яких причин. Є думка, що чума належить до захворювань, повна ерадикація яких з причин деяких етіологічних, епізоотичних і патогенетичних особливостей фактично не можлива. Чумі м’ясоїдних притаманна висока контагіозність. До вірусу чуми сприйнятливі багато видів тварин, що забезпечує CDV полігостальність і ши року циркуляцію у зовнішньому середовищі. Бродячі собаки, як постійне джерело інфекції, недостатня ефективність існуючих методів лікування та профілактики, створюють умови для поширення хвороби серед усіх м’ясоїдних тварин. Діагностика чуми собак не досконала. Вірусологічні та серологічні методи із-за труднощів постановки в умовах клінік та через нестабільність результатів майже не застосовуються. Реальним методом діагностики залишається клінічний, за необхідності він підтримується застосовуванням експрес - тестів на підставі імунохроматографічного аналізу. Лікування чуми у собак повинно мати на меті блокування механізмів патогенезу. На різних стадіях хвороби воно докорінно відрізняється. Терапія хворих собак ефективна на ранніх стадіях захворювання. Терапевтична ж ефективність лікування нервової чуми собак надзвичайно низька та майже ніколи не має успіху. Мета та завдання роботи: Дослідити перебіг та прояви різних клінічних форм чуми собак у Ветеринарному кабінеті в провінції Ель Джадіда; засвоїти методи діагностики чуми, розробити та застосувати в умовах «Ветеринарного кабінету Доктора Абатораб Суфіане» ефективну при кишковій формі чуми собак терапевтичну схему. Об’єкт дослідження: собаки з клінічними ознаками катаральної та кишкової форми чуми та біологічні матеріали від них (кров, виділення з очей та носу). Предмет дослідження: клінічні прояви різних форм чуми, зокрема з діарейним синдромом, методи діагностики, схеми та засоби лікування кишкової форми чуми собак. Теоретичне та практичне значення отриманих результатів: Одер жані результати мають практичне значення. Розроблена, теоретично обґрунтована та запропонована для лікування кишкової форми чуми комплексна схема, використовується в умовах «Ветеринарного кабінету Доктора Абатораб Суфіане», у м. Сіді Смаїл провінції Ель Джадіда у Марокко.

Relevance of the topic: Сanine distemper is one of the leading causes of death in dogs. Unvaccinated dogs, especially under the age of one year, are suscep tible to the disease. It occurs in them with fever, cough, depression, vomiting, diar rhea, tremors of the head and convulsions. Vaccinated dogs also get sick if their immune system has not responded adequately for any reason. There is an opinion that the plague belongs to diseases whose complete eradication is impossible due to etiological, epizootic and pathogenetic reasons. Carnivore distemper is highly contagious. Many species of animals are sus ceptible to the distemper virus, which ensures CDV polygostality and wide circula tion in the external environment. Stray dogs, as a constant source of infection, in sufficient effectiveness of existing methods of treatment and prevention, create con ditions for the spread of the disease among all carnivores. Diagnosis of canine distemper is not perfect. Virological and serological methods are not used due to the inefficiency of their application in clinic conditions and the instability of the results. The real method of diagnosis remains the clinical method and express tests based on immunochromatographic analysis. Treatment of Canine distemper is aimed at blocking the mechanisms of path ogenesis. It is fundamentally different at different stages of the disease. Therapy of sick dogs is effective in the early stages of the disease. The therapeutic efficacy of treating canine nervous distemper is extremely low and almost never successful. The purpose and tasks of the work: To investigate the course and manifesta tions of different clinical forms of canine distemper in the Veterinary office in the province of El Jadida; learn the methods of diagnosing distemper, develop and apply in the conditions of the "Veterinary office of Dr. Abatorab Soufiane" an effective therapeutic scheme for the intestinal form of Canine distemper. The object of the study: dogs with clinical signs of catarrhal and intestinal forms of distemper and biological materials from them (blood, discharge from the eyes and nose). Subject of research: clinical manifestations of various forms of distemper, in particular with diarrheal syndrome, methods of diagnosis, schemes and means of treatment of the intestinal form of Canine distemper. Theoretical and practical significance of the obtained results: The obtained results have practical significance. The developed, theoretically justified and proposed complex scheme for the treatment of the intestinal form of Canine distemper is used in the conditions of the "Veterinary office of Dr. Abatorab Soufiane", in the city of Sidi Ismail, El Jadida province in Morocco.
