Удосконалення системи управління персоналом підприємства

Abstract

Основною метою кваліфікаційної роботи є теоретичне обґрунтування та розробка рекомендацій щодо удосконалення системи управління персоналом то рговельного підприємства. Об’єктом дослідження є процес удосконалення системи управління персо налом торговельного підприємства. Предметом дослідження є теоретичні та методичні підходи до розвитку си стем управління персоналом торговельного підприємства. Наукова новизна результатів роботи полягає у комплексному теоретич ному обґрунтуванні та розробці практичних рекомендацій щодо удосконалення системи управління персоналом торговельного підприємства. В кваліфікаційній роботі: у першому розділі розглянуто теоретико-методи чні основи управління персоналом підприємства, вивчено підходи оцінки ефек тивності системи управління персоналом; у другому розділі надано організа ційно-економічну характеристику торговельного підприємства, проведено оці нку ефективності наявної системи управління персоналом торговельного підп риємства, обґрунтовано рекомендації щодо удосконалення системи управління персоналом торговельного підприємства. Висновки містять теоретичні узагальнення і практичні рекомендації, що опрацьовані в основній частині роботи

The main goal of the qualification work is theoretical substantiation and development of recommendations for improving the personnel management system of a trade enterprise. The object of the study is the process of improving the personnel management system of a trade enterprise. The subject of the study is theoretical and methodical approaches to the development of personnel management systems of a trade enterprise. The scientific novelty of the work results lies in the complex theoretical justification and development of practical recommendations for improving the personnel management system of the trading enterprise. In the qualification work: the first chapter examines the theoretical and methodological foundations of enterprise personnel management, examines approaches to evaluating the effectiveness of the personnel management system; in the second section, the organizational and economic characteristics of the trade enterprise are provided, the effectiveness of the existing personnel management system of the trade enterprise is evaluated, and the recommendations for improving the personnel management system of the trade enterprise are substantiated. The conclusions contain theoretical generalizations and practical recommendations developed in the main part of the work.
