Удосконалення соціально-психологічних методів та формування кадрової політики підприємства

Abstract

Мета кваліфікаційної роботи бакалавра на тему «Удосконалення соціально психологічних методів та формування кадрової політики підприємства» полягає у вивченні особливостей діяльності підприємства в при формуванні кадрової політики підприємства та удосконалення соціально-психологічних методів управління підприємством. Об’єктом дослідження кваліфікаційної роботи обрано дослідження ефективності управління кадровою політикою Красноградської райспоживспілки. Предметом дослідження кваліфікаційної роботи є особливості використання методів управління персоналом Красноградській райспоживспілки. Основними завданнями дослідження кваліфікаційної роботи є: - визначити теоретичні підходи до визначення етодів управління персоналом; - розглянути особливості використання соціально-психологічних методів управління на підприємствах сфери послуг та торгівлі; - розглянути нормативно-правової бази діяльності персоналу підприємства в сфері послуг та торгівлі; - проаналізовати основні організаційні показники використання персоналу; - проаналізовати показники праці та її оплати; - розробити методику визначення економічної ефективності впровадження заходів з удосконалення методів управління.. Теоретичну та методологічну основу дослідження становлять наукові праці закордонних та вітчизняних вчених з даної проблеми, законодавчі та нормативні акти України. У процесі дослідження використовувались загальнонаукові методи аналізу та сінтезу, порівняння; економіко-статистичні методи збору та обробки інформації середніх і відносних величин, вибірковий, групування; економіко-математичні методи.

The purpose of the bachelor's qualification work on the topic "Improving social-psychological methods and forming the personnel policy of the enterprise" is to study the peculiarities of the enterprise's activities in the formation of the personnel policy of the enterprise and the improvement of social-psychological methods of enterprise management. The study of the effectiveness of personnel policy management of the Krasnograd district consumer union was chosen as the research object of the qualification work. The subject of the study of the qualification work is the peculiarities of the use of personnel management methods of the Krasnograd district consumer union. The main research tasks of the qualification work are: - to determine theoretical approaches to the definition of personnel management methods; - consider the peculiarities of the use of socio-psychological management methods at enterprises in the service and trade spheres; - consider the regulatory and legal framework of the company's personnel in the field of services and trade; - analyze the main organizational indicators of staff utilization; - analyze indicators of labor and its payment; - to develop a methodology for determining the economic efficiency of implementing measures to improve management methods. The theoretical and methodological basis of the research is the scientific works of foreign and domestic scientists on this problem, legislative and regulatory acts of Ukraine. In the research process, general scientific methods of analysis and synthesis, comparison were used; economic and statistical methods of collecting and processing information on average and relative values, selective, grouping; economic and mathematical methods.
