Основною метою кваліфікаційної (бакалаврської) роботи є поглиблення теоретико методологічних засад управління персоналом сільськогосподарського підприємства та розроблення практичних рекомендацій щодо застосування інноваційних методів управління персоналом в сучасних економічних умовах Об'єкт та предмет дослідження. Об'єктом дослідження є персонал аграрного підприємства. Предмет дослідження – персонал, система та методи управління персоналом, а також управлінські відносини, що виникають у процесі формування та розвитку політики управління. Наукова новизна результатів роботи полягає у у розвитку теоретичних положень та розроблення методичних та практичних рекомендацій щодо оцінки застосування інноваційних методів управління персоналом та ефективності його використання на користь ефективного розвитку підприємства, що відрізняються критеріями ефективного використання персоналу на мікрорівні..
