dc.description.abstract	The codling moth development in 1997 was interrupted by a thirteen - days sharp fall of temperature, which caused considerable swarms of the emerged moths of the first generation before laying eggs. As a result, there was less fruit injure, in our region, that phenomenon was registered for the first time.	-
