dc.description.abstractTregub K.M., Tregub E.M., Ponomarova M.S. Problems and methods of improving the motivation of personnel of travel companies. The article identifies the main problems of staff motivation of travel companies. The significant role of staff motivation as an effective tool for activating the human factor is given. The conditions for the formation of motivation and the search for an effective mechanism for stimulating work are determined. The methodology of application of motivation and effective management system is revealed. Ways to improve the motivation of travel company staff are presented. The basic principles of work motivation in tourist activity are revealed. The conditions of realization of material stimulation of work in the tourist industry are resulted. Ukraine has undergone profound socio-economic transformations aimed at the transition of the tourism industry to market relations. The system of material incentives needs to be improved, and the interest of the teams of the tourism industry and enterprises in the development of economically sound and intensive plans, taking into account with sufficient accuracy the objective capabilities of the industry and regions. Effective tourism management is now impossible without understanding the motives and needs of the human worker. The purpose and task is to reveal the mechanism of formation of motivation and search of the effective mechanism of stimulation of work; substantiate the methodology of application of motivation and effective management system in tourism.
