Ґенеза економічної думки концепції «Індустрія 4.0» в умовах цифрової трансформації

Abstract

Статтю присвячено ґенезі економічної думки концепції «індустрія 4.0» в умовах цифрової трансформації. Визна чено, що характерною ознакою концепції «Індустрія 4.0» є розвиток кіберфізичних систем (інтелектуальні системи, що включають взаємодію платформи програмного забезпечення з фізичними процесами в єдиному інформаційному просторі) та їх імплементація в високотехнологічні галузі економіки. Проаналізовано авторські визначення змісту концепції «Індустрія 4.0». Встановлено принципи та характерні риси концепції «Індустрія 4.0» та запропоновано методичний та процесно-технологічний підхід до визначення терміну. The research paper is devoted to the economic thought genesis of the «Industry 4.0» concept in the context of digital transformation. Appearance retrospective of the «Industry 4.0» concept as a result of the fourth industrial revolution development is studied. It is determined that characteristic feature of the «Industry 4.0» concept is development of cyberphysical systems (they are intelligent systems which include software platform interaction with physical processes in a single information space) and their implementation into high-tech economics. The author’s definitions of the «Industry 4.0» concept content which are provided by foreign and domestic scientists are analyzed. The conclusion is made about the ambiguity of approaches to the terminological apparatus of the «Industry 4.0» concept and the inclusion of components different set of Industry 4.0 for this concept defining. On the base of the study, it is discovered that the «Industry 4.0» display under globalization changes in technological and social structure, is the process of digitizing business processes, business models, physical objects and expanding its possibilities. It is concluded that the «Industry 4.0» development is also provided by the use of the Internet of Things, Big Data processing, artificial intelligence and cloud technologies, which can cause achieving flexible, scalable and self-managed industrial production. It is determined that under the «Industry 4.0» concept defining the attention is paid to smart technologies which are actively used today in city management, educational activity, project management, management of social and economic facilities. The established principles and characteristics of the «Industry 4.0» concept allows offering the methodological and process and technological approach to the definition of the term, which is based on the top components of the «Industry 4.0» concept. The methodical approach to defining the essence of the «Industry 4.0» concept involves digitization objects development direction in accordance with the selected component (big data processing, cyberphysical systems, virtual reality, Internet of things, cloud technologies). The process and technological approach identifies the technical side of cyberphysical systems introduction, mainly into industrial facilities activity for high-tech products creating.
