Abstract: Ukrainian agriculture is one of the system-forming in the national economy. It provides the principles of state sovereignty – food and within certain limits of economic, environmental and energy components of national security. It also creates the basis for the development of technologically related sectors of the economy, forms socio-economic and environmental foundations of rural development.
