The article looks at existing enterprise change management models and approaches to generalizing them. The most important approaches in change management are presented: context, contextual, process, adaptive, systemic, situational, behavioral, cognitive, psychodynamic, humanistic, competent. The key elements of the concept of strategic change management are presented. The first position concerns the areas of implementation of strategic change as a basis for their making, which requires observance of the peculiarities of management metaphors. The second position concerns the life cycle of the enterprise and industry. Strategic change management requires mandatory monitoring of the state of the environment. Strategic change management should be based on a methodological framework that integrates laws, principles, functions, goals, methods and levers. The next requirement is the need to develop and evaluate the strategic potential of the enterprise. Situational analysis combined with risk management is also important. The last element is building effective stakeholder relationships.uk_UA
